Edwin J. Hull

Edwin J. Hull was born and raised in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.  In 1977 Mr. Hull obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Old Dominion University and in 1983, he received  a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.  Mr. Hull has approximately 25 years of legal experience representing businesses and individuals in both commercial and personal legal matters.

Prior to 1996, Mr. Hull had held associate, partner and of-counsel positions with various law firms ranging in size from four to over 200 lawyers.  In an effort to provide higher quality and more cost-effective service to his clients, in 1996 Mr. Hull formed his own firm where he continued to practice law as a solo proprietor until the formation of Hull & Klodowski LLC in 2008.

Mr. Hull's business and commercial practice is broad ranging and covers the following areas:
