Hull & Klodowski LLC was founded in 2008. The firm of Hull & Klodowski is devoted to the representation of clients in corporate and environmental and litigation areas. We have particular expertise in business and commercial matters, environmental law, real estate law, oil and gas leases, estate planning and administration. Ed Hull's has practiced in the areas of corporate, commercial and business-related law since 1983. He also has significant experience in estate planning and administration matters. Prior to joining Hull & Klodowski LLC as one of its founding members, Attorney Hull held positions in various large and medium sized law firms located in both Pennsylvania and Ohio, including partner and of-counsel positions. Harry Klodowski has practiced Environmental Law for industrial clients, property owners and small businesses since 1979. His experience includes litigation with Pa DEP, Oh EPA, Pa USTIF, US EPA and other state and federal agencies. He has obtained air water and waste permits. He has assisted in the transfer of contaminated properties and negotiations with lenders. He is a leading expert in air pollution emission trading and advises clients on environmental compliance obligations and negotiations of oil and gas leases. Joseph F. Rodkey, Jr., of counsel, has been practicing law since 1989 in the area of commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.
